The operating season for Alaska wilderness lodges may vary, with most lodges operating only during the summer months when weather conditions are more favorable for outdoor activities. Redoubt Bay Lodge opens in June, July, and August of each year. Explore further details on rates and reservations.

Welcome to our Main Lodge

The charming main lodge, a hand-hewn historic log cabin, serves as the heart of our excuisite retreat. Here, guests gather to indulge in delicious food prepared in the kitchen, where every meal is crafted with care. Additionally, the lodge offers a cozy space featuring a small reference library, along with a selection of games, stationery, and postcards, providing guests with opportunities for relaxation and connection during their stay.

Join us for breakfast at 8:00 a.m., followed by a hearty house lunch served at 1:00 p.m. for both overnight and day guests. Hors D’oeuvres begin at 7 with dinner served at 7:30 p.m. followed by a remarkable dessert, rounds off the day with one last delightful culinary experience.

If you need a pick-me-up, our coffee bar offers freshly brewed coffee and a selection of snacks available throughout the day.

Our Guest Cabins

Lakeside Cabin

Our guest cabins are the epitomy of an Alaska wilderness lodge. This cabin demonstrates typical “Alaska bush” construction of a log cabin.  The Lakeside Cabin features a simple private bath and two bedrooms, with sleeping arrangements for five and two people respectively. The cabin is heated by a woodstove located in the small front room for relaxing. Additionally, the lodge provides linen, daily housekeeping service, and other amenities.

Trailside Cabin

This cozy, open-style cabin features one queen bed and one twin bed in a single room, along with a private bath and a delightful lake view from its deck. Situated conveniently close to the main lodge, it offers easy access to amenities while maintaining a tranquil setting. Inside, you’ll find a cozy couch beside the woodstove, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Enjoy the comfort of provided linen, daily housekeeping service, and a range of additional amenities provided by the lodge.

Hillside Cabin

Just a brief uphill stroll from the Main Lodge lies the charming Hillside Cabin with incredible lake views. Featuring a cozy open-plan layout with one queen bed and one twin bed, along with a private bath, this rustic retreat offers a tranquil escape. Stay warm and cozy with the woodstove heating, and enjoy the convenience of provided linens, daily housekeeping, and additional amenities offered by our Alaska wildernss lodge.

Lakeview East Cabin

Panoramic lake views are part of your stay in either of the new Lakeview Cabins. Lakeview East can sleep up to 6 guests with two king sized beds upstairs and a bunk bed.

Lakeview West Cabin

Lakeview West can sleep up to 6 guests with three bunk beds upstairs. You’ll appreciate the stunning views of the lake in either of the new Lakeview cabins.
